Shipping policy

1. We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Harateas Online Store.
2. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
3. For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 5 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
4.Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 200 and above
5. We do not deliver to P.O boxes
6. Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
7. International: Contact us if you need to ship to other destination outside of Malaysia.
8. Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
